Shipping, botanicals, electronics

Shipping

US ground only in this season, $18 flat. We make the pieces after the card clears (usually 7–14 days, 10–18 for the house model) and then ship with tracking.

Dehydrated botanicals

The Harvest Still Crate and Botanical Keepsake Dome are freeze-dried plants — citrus, rose, eucalyptus, cedar, flowers, ferns. They are not food. Do not eat them. Keep dry and out of reach of children and pets. Not a preserved wedding bouquet on request.

Electronics

Arduino pieces ship assembled with USB-C. They are not toys. Do not leave a grow bar unattended on dry material. Indoor use.

Digital plans

Each piece is also sold as a bench pack: PDF drawings, SVG cut files, STL masses, and Arduino sketches where the object needs them. After Stripe pays, the success page and the order email carry a download link. Personal workshop license — build for yourself; do not list the files or sell finished objects as SvelteWorks. Digital purchases are not refundable once downloaded.

Returns

If a piece arrives damaged, write hello@svelte.works with the order number and a photograph. Opened botanical crates and domes cannot be returned.
